Privacy Policy & License Agreement

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

This software, including all source code, design elements, "Steel Pulse" visual engine, and institutional intelligence algorithms, is the exclusive property of the Lead Developer / Architect.

2. Scope of License

A license granted for this system entitles the licensee to run the software for their personal or business operations. This permission is restricted to the specific dealership entity identified during licensing.

• The license is valid for one (1) primary installation.
• You may not sub-license or distribute copies of this system to third parties.

3. Hosting & Infrastructure Responsibilities

The Developer provides the software package only. The following responsibilities lie solely with the Licensee (Customer):

This system is architected for maximum institutional privacy. All data, including staff records, financial statements, and hardware IDs, is stored on your private server.

• Hardware Guard: The system collects unique hardware fingerprints to prevent unauthorized login. This data is used solely for security verification.
• Audit Logs: Every action taken by users is logged for internal transparency. This data remains within your dealership instance.
• Zero-Access Policy: The Developer/Architect holds zero access to your live database, staff records, or financial statements once the system is deployed on your infrastructure.

5. Liability & Warranty

The software is provided "as-is" without any warranties of merchantability. While the system uses high-end security protocols, the licensee is responsible for ensuring regular database backups and server-level security.
